I will always have fond memories of George Lee. I still remember the days of East End High School and the "unforgettable" class of 1961. George Lee was a star athlete...playing football and basketball. But as I look back, some of my best memories were of us attending Temple Gate RZUA Church. There, is where we learn the things that would sustain us in life. I will always remember Sunday School, singing in the choir and the Easter programs that Mrs Lena Walker insisted that we all participate. I am so glad that George Lee was a part of my life. I missed George Lee, but the memories of happier times will always give me a reason to smile when I think of him.
